# Sign-Up Process
- Membership registration is completed through email verification.
※ Important Notice
It is recommended to use a valid email address that you can receive responses on when making inquiries.
My Korgou
- Check your unique identification number(ID) on the dashboard.
Consists of a letter (A-Z) followed by 6 digits.
Example) A123456
Check KORGOU Korea Address
# KORGOU Warehouse Address in Korea
- 경기도 성남시 중원구 상대원동 순환로79 3F + Identification Number(ID)
- Example) 경기도 성남시 중원구 상대원동 순환로79 3F A123456
Sending Items Directly / Purchasing from a Website
# Enter Recipient Information
- When sending items directly or purchasing from a website, you must include your identification number (ID) in the recipient address.
※ As the identification number may not always be recognized, it is strongly recommended to write it twice in either the recipient name or address field.
※ Purchasing Items from Overseas
- If you purchase items from outside Korea and have them shipped to the KORGOU warehouse, customs duties and fees may be applied during the clearance process. It is recommended to coordinate with KORGOU in advance.
※ If an item arrives at the KORGOU warehouse from overseas without prior coordination, a customs clearance agency service fee will be charged.
