Suspension of Post Office Shipments to the U.S.

Hello, this is KorGou.

Due to the ongoing development of a new customs system by the U.S. government, all postal shipments from Korea to the United States have been suspended starting today. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our U.S. customers using EMS, AIR, SEA PARCEL, and K-PACKET services through Korgou.

Until the postal systems between Korea and the U.S. are fully operational again, we kindly ask our US customers to use alternative carriers such as FedEx, DHL or UPS.
Customers in countries other than the United States can continue to use postal delivery services as usual.
