Items purchased by customers are classified into 3 types and registered into their account.
Box type, envelope type, and other type.
Only the items such as documents or photo cards that are delivered flat in an envelope are classified as an envelope type.
When applying for forwarding, customers can apply for up to 15 boxes and other types of packages as we have already announced.
There are no restrictions on applying for forwarding for envelope-type mail.
