Fantastic service. I don’t speak the language nor do I have a residency card that would allow me to order items directly from Korea. Their Assisted Purchase option was very straightforward and they wound up purchasing multiple items on my behalf, and then helped combine it all into one and shipped abroad. Easy to communicate with and ask for updates on shipping statuses if you can’t track them yourselves.
Using DHL I got the box in legitimately two days, quicker than you can get some packages shipped domestically. Awesome support and highly recommend!

It was my first time using Korgou, and i am surprised at how quickly my things were sent, the application was easy to fill out as well. The only problem i encountered was when it hit my country, but that’s nothing new. Got here in less than two weeks!
