- All claims for damages must be reported to KorGou within 7 days after receiving the package.

– Free storage period : 90 days
– After free storage period, 1,000won will be charged per day - After applying for forward request : You can keep it for one month after customer get the fee.
– Free storage up to 4 weeks after getting the shipping rate

– Free storage period: 60 days from [Billing time] of the [Package Forward order]
– Upon expiration, it would be discarded.
