Package Forward Process
Arrival at KORGOU Warehouse
# Package Storage Period: 180 days
- After the storage period expires, the package will be disposed of without prior consent.
※ Extension available upon prior agreement.
# Return Service
- If returned to the same recipient address:
₩5,000 fee
※ returned to the same address, as the sender.
Apply for Value-Added Services
# Premium Photo Service
- ₩3,000 per tracking number
※ Sealed items will not be opened.
# Unboxing Video Service
- Can be requested in the Premium Photo Service request section
- Cost : ₩20,000
※ Processing time: Approximately 1 to 3 days.
# Disposal & Split Service
- Allows you to select only the necessary items for packaging while disposing of unwanted items.
- Cost: Starts at ₩10,000,
with an additional ₩2,000 per item.
Ex) 10 albums → ₩10,000+(₩2,000×10) = ₩30,000
# Split Service
- A service used when items under one tracking number need to be divided into multiple boxes.
- Cost: Starts at ₩10,000,
with an additional ₩2,000
per box starting from the third box.
Ex) If one item is split into three packages →
₩10,000+₩2,000 (for the third box) = ₩12,000
- The second box is free of charge.
※ Processing time: Approximately 1 to 3 days.
Packaging Request
# How to request Packaging & Policies
Processed in 4 steps
■ Step1 (Select normal packaging, priority packaging, shipping carrier, value-added services, and insurance)
- If no value-added services are selected, the box will not be removed during packaging.
- If the Compact Packaging Service is requested, the package volume can be reduced, and items will be protected with bubble wrap.
■ Step2 (Enter recipient’s address)
- If selecting domestic (CJ) delivery, a Korean phone number and address must be provided.
■ Step3 (Fill out the customs declaration form)
- EX) Item name / Quantity / Value
■ Step4 (Final Confirmation)
※ International Shipping (DHL, UPS, FEDEX)
- Maximum weight per box: 30kg
- If a package exceeds 30kg, KORGOU will automatically split it into additional boxes.
- EMS, K-Packet, AIR/SEA shipping have weight/size restrictions depending on the destination country.
- For freight shipping, please contact us separately.
※ Consolidation is not available for domestic shipments.
- Shipping fee: ₩9,000 per box
- If selecting domestic delivery (CJ),
all value-added services are unavailable.

Packaging Process
# Packaging Schedule
[Priority] Packaging : Within 48 hours
[Normal] Packaging : Within 1 to 7 days

Invoice Issuance
An invoice is issued, including the order number and a detailed breakdown of costs for each service.
※ For quotes from other shipping carriers, a separate quotation will be provided.
Payment Pending & Payment Completed

KB Kookmin Bank (Domestic Transfer)
- Other remittance services can also be used.
※ If payment is made through an unlisted service, a receipt must be provided via email for verification.
※ For faster processing, pre-loading sufficient funds into your KORGOU balance is recommended.
※ Payment Pending Period:
60 days from the date of invoice issuance.
- If payment is not completed within this period, the package will be disposed of without prior notice.

Shipping Carrier Processing
# KORGOU Shipping Carrier Processing
- Processing is conducted only from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (KST).
- Tracking numbers can be checked under KORGOU → My KORGOU → Package Forward
※ Orders paid after the processing time will be handled the next business day.

The shipping carrier is picking up your package.
