Why is my package registered in Unidentified Packages section?

Unless correct KorGou Identity Number is written on the invoice of the package, the package can be registered in Unidentified Packages section. The Unidentified Packages means that it is not possible to identify whose it is, although KorGou received the package. To identify the ownership, KorGou reads each package’s waybill. However, even if your name has been written, it can make the identification difficult.

Therefore, you should fill your account ID in the blank for recipient or at the end of street address when placing orders.

Especially, in case of personal trade, you need to make the seller(sender) include account ID in the waybill. If you provide the seller with your name only, the last few letters can be omitted by the printing system.
