Is it possible to cancel or refund after purchase/transfer service is done?

• Before the domestic delivery, cancellation and refund are available, but our service fees are not refunded.
• After the domestic delivery, the customer should submit return application in our homepage and our service fees are not refunded.
• The entire cancellation or refund may not be possible depending on the seller’s policy.
• Money transfer refund is not possible when the service is done.
