I can’t find my package in Arrived Packages section.

Many packages are delivered to KorGou’s warehouse every day. So the registration can take 2~3 business days from delivery date.

If you can’t find the package in Arrived Packages section, it might have been registered in Unidentified Packages section. In this case, please search the package with the tracking number and make a claim with some proofs to prove your ownership.

But if the package is found in nowhere though it’s been a long time, please contact us. Then we would check if there is any missing while we work on registration. And we suggest you to contact the seller as well.
