Can I return /exchange a package?

If the seller picks up package, please apply for the return/exchange.

If you seller is not possible to pick package up, customer should apply for the forward application. And the customer should pay the shipping fee.

如果卖家物品来回收物品，请直接申请退换货。

如果您的卖家无法提取包裹，客户应申请退换货并支付相应的费用。
