KORGOU Buying service ( Substitute Purchase )

Assisted Purchase apply (4Type)
# Type1 : Quick Assist
users have already registered at the shopping site or the items
to be purchased have been added to the cart
- Fill Website address, Log-in ID/Password and Total price of items in applicaion.
# Type2 : Full Assist
users haven't registered at the shopping site or the site is not open to foreign registration
- Fill Website address and, quantity, color and size of item, and one price per item in application.
# Type 3 : Korean domestic money transfer or payment
- Fill Name of the Korean bank, account number, account holder, to transfer money, and other requirements in application.
# Type 4 : Direct Selling Goods by Korgou
- (COSMETIC or DEEP TALKS) When one of the items becomes out of stock, you can choice whether to purchase other items except out-of stock items or to cancle all items' purchase apply. (Skip and continue to check out OR Pause the payment)

According to KorGou's policies, items that customer purchased using KorGou Buying Service must arrive at our warehouse.
Otherwise, we can't be sure that whether we can't confirm items to use Buying Service or not in future. Also, these days,
a seller's fraud usually occurs in online or SNS's shopping activities. To avoid these situation, customer have to obtain more
information -at least his phone number- about the seller. We are not responsibe for any default and losses caused by the seller,
so customer can't claim to PayPal or KorGou regarding issues between you and the seller.
Customer of KorGou must be responsible for the transaction payment between customer himself
and the seller in each purchase transaction.
Confirmation Pending
- The status is that accepting new order isn't yet confirmed.
※ You can directly cancle accepting order only in Confirmation pending.
Confirmed, payment pending
- The status is that we request payment for the Item's price and Service Fee on the order.
- The status is that we request payment for the transfer service fee.
Paid
- The status is that you are waiting purchase after paying for Item's price and Service Fee.
- The status is that you are waiting after paying for fee of the transfer service.
