While the shopping service worked well, it is impossible to reach customer support. I wanted to change the shipping method after the amount I was quoted was too high, but after a month gave in and paid the $95 usd instead of being able to pick a cheaper method.
I tried submitting two tickets and emailed support once and never received a response. I was unable to sign up for the customer service portal after several tries. They do not quote a shipping amount until after you select a courier, which you cannot change afterwards.
I did receive my parcel safely, so there's no concern on receiving what you buy. I don't recommend the service as if you need any customer service you will not receive it.

This led to frustrating delays on a time-sensitive purchase involving a bank transfer, and the company refused to take any responsibility.

La experiencia de compra fue buena, la atención rápida y amable. Lo único que no le gustó fue que el envío a mi país (Mexico) salio MUCHO MAS CARO que mi propio producto, termine pagando de envío 2 veces más que mi compra, el cual me salio casi en $2,000.

I used to like Korgou but their customer service has been getting worse lately. The last package that I received was in a very bad condition. The items inside were poorly packaged even though they raised their fees for repacking to more than double what I used to pay for my small packages. The assisted purchase orders were shipped exactly as they were sent by the sellers with no extra protection at all. Because of this, most of the photocards and POBs got damaged during shipping because of the heavier packages crushing them or bending them.
When I email or message them to understand the fees for assosted purchase, they don't reply. Assisted purchase fee is 5000 won on their main info page while in their FAQ they are 10000 won for the same thing, so I don't understand which is the right one. Even the won to dollar conversion is much higher than the current exchange rates including eximbay fees and when I ask, I don't get a proper answer.
I've never been more upset with a service in my life that I had to write a bad review. I honestly hope they improve because this is probably the last time I'll use their service if this is how things will be from now on.

Service is very slow. After receiving my item it took many days for them to respond for the next step. Payment are very confusing. First it ask you have to add money to your account but then it does not tell you tp pay to get your packaged shipped out.
Great communication and friendly staff. Online customer service replies very fast. Received package in a timely manner and well packed. I would like to see easier shipping prices by different carriers display, also more payment methods by directly credit card charges would be great too. Overall, good experiences.
I have been using korgou for years, and it was good until they decided to change their fees and make it to expensive, as an exaple, one of their fees costed 5.000 won, now they raised it to 30.000 won, it is unacceptable those fees, if they do not change, i will change of warehouse
